Yes. Customization options vary by pillow type. Shaped pillows can be customized in shape, size, and artwork, while dakimakura pillows offer multiple sizes and fabric choices. Square throw pillows are also available in several sizes and materials.

Yes. Many Vograce custom pillows use double-sided printing, and you can provide separate artwork for the front and back. If your design contains text, prepare both sides carefully so the text does not appear reversed on the back.

Yes. Selected Vograce pillow products can be ordered as pillow covers, which may also help reduce shipping costs because pillow inserts are bulky. You can purchase a compatible pillow insert separately if needed.

For applicable pillow products, Vograce accepts formats such as PSD, PNG, PDF, AI, JPG, and CDR. High-resolution artwork is recommended; relevant product pages specify CMYK artwork at 300 DPI and at least 1000 pixels, with transparent PNG or PSD preferred for shaped designs.

MOQ varies by product. Several current Vograce pillow products, including shaped throw pillows, square throw pillows, and dakimakura body pillows, can be ordered from 1 piece. Larger quantities receive tiered discounts on applicable products, making them suitable for both personal orders and bulk merch production.

For pillow orders of more than five items, Vograce generally sends a proof within 2–5 working days by email for confirmation before production. If you need a proof for a smaller order or have special requirements, leave a note when placing your order. 

Production time depends on the pillow type, quantity, and order requirements. Current product pages for square throw pillows and dakimakura body pillows list an estimated 7–10 business days for production. Proof confirmation and shipping time are not included in that estimate.

Shipping cost depends on your destination, order quantity, package size, and selected shipping method. Because pillow inserts add considerable volume, ordering covers without inserts can help reduce shipping costs when that option is suitable. If your pillow arrives with a qualifying manufacturing or quality issue, contact Vograce and provide clear photos or videos of the defect. Vograce asks customers to report initial defects within four weeks of delivery and may offer remanufacturing, a refund, or another eligible after-sales solution depending on the case.
