These bookmarks turned out better than intended, the finish really made it look magical. The tassel gives it a royal like design, ended up ordering the same tassels for the matching keychain. Recommend 10/10

There was a bit of trouble to for the first proof, mainly because the original file had a design error. Vograce did an amazing job understanding the demand and second proof came out like intended. Recommend 10/10

Wasn't sure how it would look like, but turned out better than imagined. The gold finish is awesome and it shines a lot. Recommend 10/10

It was my first time ordering hinged keychains and wasn't sure if my vision would work as I imagined but it did and I'm so so happy about the results: the quality is amazing, the hinges feel strong and aren't loose at all, shipping was fast as always and the order was carefully packaged, thank you~!!🥰

I bought those to match with the branding of our video game and they came out so good! the little drawings are super crisp, the details and the colours match perfectly with my designs.

They were exactly what I wanted! I've had one on my keychain for months now and there is virtually no damage to it at all. The metal has dulled just a little but the key chain is still perfect. The colours came out great ! One thing to know if you've never ordered the colours acrylic is that they are a little thicker than the regular ones :)

got an idea for these as a thank you sticker for any customer purchase and they turned out amazing, they peel easily from their sheets and are cut perfectly!

This review is for two orders, different finishes. One washi and one matte transparent ($1k+ order).
I’ve heard nothing but great things however the whole process was frustrating.
1) PROOFS- for both orders, I’ve continuously received proofs with my design altered and modified. (Ie vertical designs stretched horizontal, a series of designs with same headers and footers but each stretched to a different size, random font changes, etc) I figured it might be a language barrier so I also included instruction proper chinese instructions. Did not make a difference. I did receive proper proofs for the washi stickers that I could actually see, but for the transparent matte I received pixelated pinky nail proofs of the sticker sheets that I could barely see
2) INCONSISTENT QUALITY- many of the sticker sheets came with sand particles between the sticker and paper so they cannot be sold.
3) MATERIAL DIFFERENCES/ SAMPLES- I ordered the sample kits prior to make sure I knew what I wanted. What I received vs the samples were completely different for the Washi. I got what feels more like the writing paper material from the sample kit. I asked customer service to please check and the response I got was that it was a resource vendor change. I let that one go. The transparent matte, I was told no full bleed so I had to alter over 100 designs and even though the samples said they could do a semi transparent effect and is what I requested. The stickers were printed opaque. These were functional highter stickers in various shapes, which renders them useless. When I reached out, I was now told that full bleed WAS possible but not recommended. (So why offer it on your samples?) and that it was a lamination thing that is why my stickers were opaque. (So why offer it as an option on your samples?)

The only saving grace is the color of the prints were correct.

I am choosing not to post screenshots of the several long email chains and proof receipts as a way of leaving the door open for Vograce to make mends so we can continue to work together in the future. However if 1) this review is hidden, I will know Vograce is a dishonest company that hides bad reviews 2) I will then post everything on social media as well as warn all my clients as well as fellow artist friends being in the industry to not use this vendor for sticker sheets.

Ever since I received the keychain last week, I've been holding onto it 24/7 because it feels so satisfying to the touch. I was worried that the design would be not be suited for hotstamping but it turned out amazing! Thank you so much to Stella for kindly guiding me through the process ^^ I'll definitely be choosing Vograce again in the future <3

These postcards are my go-to prints, they’re always great quality! Super clean and professional. I love that you can get them double sided. I like having the front be my illustration, and putting a small version of my logo on the bottom!

I've had this little guy on my phone charm for a year now, he has minimal scratches and is happily chilling! I took off the clasp awhile ago, nothing wrong with it! It just wouldn't fit for my newer charms. Such great quality and definitely worth it! (I got the 1 inch!)
