I wasn't sure what to expect from a wide lanyard. Apparently the longer sizes are for crossbody wear (like a shoulder bag!) I got the 38mm x 1400mm version, and when worn around the neck, it will hang the clasp in an... awkward spot. And there is no way to adjust the length of it. I feel like some kind of adjustment thingy on it would make this item super awesome, because the width is perfect for adding pins to it.
The 38 x 1200mm should be better suited to neck wear, but i think that still may be a little bit long. Not sure though!
The print on mine, despite using the template, was also shifted to one side a little bit so it's not perfectly centered. but that is only very slight. I also highly recommend watching the video! It shows some design tips for working with lanyards to prevent upside down designs on one side, as well as having different inner and outer designs. I just quickly threw my design together, so I didn't really think about that... But despite my own misjudgements, it's still very lovely. Even if I'm not sure how I'll personally wear or use it.
Again, this is all mostly just from me not knowing much about lanyards! It is still a lovely product. The clasp on the end seems super durable, so you're sure not to lose anything you attach to it! And the print is super clean and crisp. Now if only vograce offered more small bags or pouches to use with these! You might want to consider trying their plush coin pouches to go along with this item.
